 We are very happy to discuss your catering needs so we can write a menu especially for you. below are suggestions for guidance.

 

Hot Finger Food

• Mini Hamburgers- Beef Pattie, cheese, caramelised onion, relish.  $3.00

• Chicken Tenderloin Skewers with Peanut Satay. $2.50

• Greek Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki and Lemon.  $2.50

• Mini Quiches. $1.50

• Party Pies, Sausage Rolls, Mini Dim Sims (3 pieces), Spring Rolls. $1.00

 

 

Sandwiches/Wraps/Baguettes

Fillings may include:

• Egg - hardboiled egg with lettuce and mayonnaise.

• BLT - bacon, lettuce and tomato.

• Salad - tomato, lettuce, red onion, cheese and mayonnaise.

• Tuna - Chunky tuna with capers, red onion, spinach and mayonnaise.

•  Chicken Schnitzel, with cheese lettuce and mayonnaise.

• Ham, with tasty cheese, tomato, and mustard pickle.

• Roast beef, with mustard, cheese and pickle.

Sandwiches $5.00 per round/Wraps $5.50/Baguettes $5.50 (we recommend 1.5 rounds per person)
